Shipping and Returns


We know you are super excited to receive your purchases and we endeavour to fulfil your order and have it shipped out to you within 3-7 business days. Whist you will most likely receive your order 10-14 business days from checkout, depending upon which warehouse we ship your item from it may take approximately 10-30 business days for you to receive your order. In extremely rare cases, there might be slight delays. We provide the tracking number via e-mail or phone number once your ordered is shipped. We use standard shipping only. 

Order cancellation
All orders may be cancelled until they are processed. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we process your order and before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is our NUMBER ONE priority here at Azura The Label. Therefore, we will do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our online shop.

In the unlikely event that you did not receive your product within our guaranteed time (45 days excluding 1-5 day processing) you can request a full refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unworn, in its original condition and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns of items that don’t fit. We give individual measurements of all items so care should be taken when ordering to select the correct size. Swimwear, jewelry, footwear, tights and stockings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons. Such items are final sale. 

You can submit refund requests within 3 days after your order has been delivered. You can do it by sending us a message on our Contact Us page. Please include your name, and order number. If your refund request is submitted any later than the 3 days after your package has been tracked as delivered, we will not be able to provide a refund, but we can provide a store credit once the item has been shipped back to us at your own expense, and is received in its original, unworn, unused condition. 

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Unfortunately we can not offer you a refund if your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address), your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Azura The Label (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), or other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Azura The Label.

We do not offer any exchange’s.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.


Custom Charges
For both free and paid shipments, you are responsible to cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs when shipping to your destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. Unfortunately, refused or missed deliveries won't be able to get a refund. For re-deliveries, client is responsible for shipping fees.
